Who we are
ARS is the initials of its founders and the Latin word for craft. Between us we have developed communities and hotels, opened and operated restaurant chains, and run finance for global banking groups.
Co-Founder & Developer
Architect and developer with 40 years of continuous work in Florida, Georgia, Michigan and New York: more than 40 completed developments, roughly 4,000 residential and hotel units, and a four-hotel brand of over 1,000 rooms in Central and South Florida that he created and sold out. Founder of Meat Club Market in Doral and of several South Florida restaurant concepts since 2008.
Co-Founder & Operator
Operator behind Rhíza Market Place & Café and Sportya. Previously built and ran Agave Taco Bar, a four-location restaurant group in Fort Lauderdale, and spent nine years supporting enterprise accounts in telecommunications. Computer science background; runs day-to-day operations, systems and member relations for ARS.
Co-Founder & CFO
Finance and strategy leader with senior roles at BBVA Group, Bank Boston, Citi and Groupe Renault Crédit International. Accounting degree from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from Universidad Austral and Universidad de Navarra. Leads underwriting, reporting and capital structure for every ARS project.
Our concepts
A place to play and a place to eat and shop, sharing one property and one parking lot. Each concept brings its own daytime and evening traffic, and each is licensed by ARS into every site we develop.
Multi-sport recreation destination
Padel and pickleball courts, soccer, an indoor-outdoor gym, and social spaces built for leagues, lessons and everyday play. Sportya turns land in a growing corridor into a place people return to several times a week.

Curated market place & café
A curated grocery and café: prepared foods, wine and beer, meats, produce and local goods, with coffee and dining on site. Rhíza serves the neighborhood every day and feeds the crowd Sportya brings in.

What we look for
Every ARS project is measured against the same four tests before it goes in front of Club Members.
Land and buildings whose value comes from an operating business we control: a sports club, a market and café, a hotel. We underwrite the real estate and the operation together.
High-traffic commercial corridors in Florida and coastal Georgia with residential growth behind them and strong daytime and evening activity: Kissimmee, Savannah, Brunswick and Kingsland today.
Concepts we own and run, or operating partners with a track record in the category. No absentee assets: someone on the ARS team is accountable for what happens on site every day.
Conservative assumptions, a complete capital plan before members are invited, and reporting Club Members can read. Specific terms for each project are shared in the live session and one-on-one, never on this page.
How the Club works
The ARS Investment Club is a member-based LLC. Members join a specific project, vote on key decisions, and receive distributions and tax documents through an independent third-party administrator. Here is the path from first look to member.
Join a live session or watch a replay. We explain the Club structure, the concepts, and the criteria, and answer questions in the open.
Book a short discovery call. We learn what you are looking for and whether the Club is a fit; if it is, you get a one-on-one with a founder.
Become a Club Member of a specific project. Formation, voting, distributions and K-1s are handled by an independent administrator.
Regular updates, site visits and a direct line to the founders. Members see the project through construction, opening and operation.
Membership is open to both accredited and non-accredited participants. Minimums, timelines and project details are discussed live and in private conversations.

The Club is open to both accredited and non-accredited participants. Every member goes through a conversation with our team first, so we can confirm the fit on both sides before anyone commits.
Each project has its own membership terms. We share them in the live session and in one-on-one conversations, where we can also answer your questions properly, rather than posting figures on an open web page.
Club Members vote on key decisions for their project, receive regular updates and reporting, and are welcome on site. Distributions and K-1 tax documents are delivered through the independent administrator.

ARS develops the property and operates the businesses inside it. The independent administrator handles LLC formation, compliance, member voting, distributions and annual tax filings, so members have a neutral party keeping the books.
