These Terms govern your use of arsdevelopmentgroup.com and the live sessions, materials and communications we provide through it (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Information only

The Site describes ARS Development Group, the Rhíza and Sportya concepts and the ARS Investment Club in general terms. Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing on the Site promises or guarantees any result. Projections, examples and illustrations are for discussion only. Membership in any Club is governed solely by that project's own LLC documents and by a conversation with our team; the Site does not create any membership, commitment or agreement.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or register for a session. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you.

Communications

By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by email, and by text message or phone where you have consented, about your request, our sessions and our projects. You may opt out at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

Live sessions and recordings

Sessions may be recorded. By joining you agree that your questions and comments may be included in a recording shared with other registrants. Please do not share personal financial details in a live session.

Intellectual property

The Site, its text, images, renders, logos and materials belong to ARS Development Group or its licensors. You may view and download them for personal, non-commercial use only. Rhíza, Sportya and the ARS Development Group marks may not be used without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping, interference, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or use of the Site in violation of law.

Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services for forms, scheduling, video conferencing and analytics, and links to third-party sites such as Instagram and Zoom. Those services have their own terms and policies, which we do not control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARS Development Group and its founders, affiliates and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida.

Changes and contact
