Information you give us: when you register for a session, request a conversation or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us in a message or on a call. Information collected automatically: like most websites, our pages and the tools that run them record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site and the date and time of visits, using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule conversations and send the session link, reminders and replays you asked for.
- To tell you about ARS Development Group, our Investment Club, our projects and upcoming live sessions.

Text messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from ARS Development Group at the number you provided. Non-marketing messages relate to your request, our investment criteria and upcoming sessions; marketing messages, where separately consented to, may include updates and announcements. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of membership in any Club. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Service emails, such as a session confirmation you requested, may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and communicate with you (for example our customer relationship, email, text messaging, scheduling, video conferencing and analytics providers), with professional advisers, and where required by law or to protect our rights. If you become a Club Member, information needed to form and administer that Club is shared with the independent administrator that handles formation, member voting, distributions and tax reporting.
